The D.O.P.E. bird styles are a light-hearted way to explore communication preferences, not a formal psychological assessment. Everyone brings a mix of strengths to different situations.

A few things worth knowing.
- Who is it for?
- Teams looking for a fun way to connect and understand each other better. Sessions cost $2,950 + GST. Have 50 or more people? Talk to us about options.
- Where and when?
- At your workplace or chosen venue, with around 2.5 hours before your Christmas get-together. January and February sessions are welcome too. We’ll confirm availability, travel arrangements and any additional travel costs when you enquire.
- What’s included?
- A coach-guided session, a paper-based self-assessment and the Christmas Bird Challenge. Your team will leave with practical communication insights and their own bird-themed Christmas decoration.
- Do we need to prepare?
- No. The paper-based self-assessment happens at the beginning of the session, with your coach there to guide everyone through it.
